Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Water Hygeine Assessor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
As the Water Hygeine Assessor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Water Hygeine Assessor, will be responsible for:
- Conduct Legionella risk assessments both manually and using electronic systems.
- Complete and return all risk assessment paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
- Carry out additional operational tasks as required to fulfill contractual obligations.
- Use IT systems and PDAs effectively for reporting and documentation.
- Draw schematic diagrams related to water systems for risk assessment purposes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as ACOP L8, HSG274, BS8580-1:2019, and HTM 04-01.
To be successful for this Water Hygeine Assessor role you must have:
- A City and Guilds Risk Assessing qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in Legionella risk assessments and the water treatment industry.
- Strong knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, BS8580-1:2019, and HTM 04-01 guidelines.
- Proficiency with IT systems, including the ability to use a PDA and produce schematic diagrams.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
