In this role, you will engage with architects, designers, contractors, and key influencers within the construction industry to drive specifications and secure new business opportunities. With a strong network across architecture and building envelope specialists, you'll act as a trusted consultant - advising on product specifications, building physics, and delivering technical presentations and CPD sessions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is technically strong, commercially astute, and motivated to contribute to a more sustainable future in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and main contractors to influence and secure specifications.
- Identify and develop new projects across the Greater London Area.
- Provide high-level consultancy on product performance, design considerations, and building physics.
- Deliver CPD sessions, technical presentations, and public speaking engagements to industry professionals.
- Represent the company at customer events, trade associations, and sector-specific communities.
- Proactively engage in the design phase of projects, ensuring successful specification of products.
- Regular travel within the Greater London Area (with some overnight stays).

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related construction discipline (Master's degree desirable, or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the construction industry (façade specialist, architect, or building envelope background preferred).
- Strong existing network with architects, contractors, or consultants, ideally with involvement in trade associations such as CWCT, Passive House, or Façade communities.
- Proven track record of project-focused business development and specification success.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and IT skills (MS Office and PowerPoint essential).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a project-driven mindset.

What's on Offer:

- Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) plus performance-based bonus.
- Company vehicle, high-quality work equipment, and daily lunch allowance.
- Extensive training and development opportunities, including structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.
- Career growth in a dynamic, internationally expanding business.
- The chance to actively contribute towards sustainable construction and energy efficiency.
