What we're looking for:
- Experience in a special needs environment, or within a mainstream school
- A solid understanding of Autism and other needs
- Experience with alternative communication methods (e.g. Makaton, PECS, BSL, AAC devices) is highly favoured
- A great attitude and genuine desire to make a difference
