The ideal year 3 teacher for this role will:
- Be strong and confident
- Will ideally have experience as a year 3 teacher, but experience in other year groups is fine
- Will be non-judgemental and be able to encourage this mind-set in students
- Be committed to instilling a strong sense of social justice
- Value diversity in every way, shape and form, and fully embrace this within teaching and learning
