An opportunity has arisen to work for a high-end Jewellery company based in West London for a Merchandising Assistant. The Merchandising team is responsible for the assortment and management of all product in the retail network. They work to ensure that stores are supported with the right merchandise at the right time whilst maintaining the integrity of the brand image. The main responsibilities will be:

  • Running daily/weekly sales & stock reports
  • Stock allocations and rebalancing with direction of the Merchandising team
  • Supporting the Merchandising team with product presentations
  • Daily support (store requests, deliveries, stock requests…) to support all selling efforts
  • Arranging regional shipments by liaising with the Shipping and Sales Liaison departments
  • Assisting Merchandising implementing regional Pricing updates
  • Organisation of the passports of the products
  • Ad Hoc tasks

The successful candidate will have good level in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint and be detailed orientated, thorough and strives for accuracy. You will be highly driven, self motivated and curious and be a team player. Excellent communication skills are also required. Must have a Jewellery or high-end Retail experience.
