We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Control Coordinator to manage inventory accuracy and stock movement across all business locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless stock flow, supporting multiple sales streams including retail, ecommerce, wholesale, and bespoke orders. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders and courier partners to maintain efficiency and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records across all stock locations.

  • Ensure all stock movements are properly documented and aligned with company procedures.

  • Monitor retail channels to ensure stock levels align with merchandising plans and availability.

  • Coordinate and administrate stock transfers, ensuring full traceability from origin to destination.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to reconcile stock discrepancies and meet shipment deadlines.

  • Lead and manage regular stock takes; report discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch ecommerce, wholesale, and bespoke orders within set time frames and according to brand and packaging guidelines.

  • Generate and manage all necessary shipment paperwork for timely dispatch and delivery.

  • Liaise with courier partners to resolve delivery issues and avoid service disruptions.

  • Monitor stock levels of packaging and branded goods, ensuring reorders align with production timelines.

  • Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure all dispatches are properly logged and archived.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in inventory or stock control, ideally within a multi-channel retail environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.

  • Good understanding of inventory management systems and Excel.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Experience managing shipments and working with courier systems.
