What will you get up to?
Own stock integrity for the site, ensuring accurate counts, minimal wastage, and the right product in the right place at the right time to support a seamless guest experience and strong GP.?
Lead all daily and weekly stock routines from deliveries and storage to line checks and full inventory creating simple systems that the wider team can follow and holding everyone accountable to them.?
Train, coach and inspire key kitchen/front-of-house stakeholders so that stock control becomes part of everyones role, not just a back-of-house task
