A leading global investment manager specialising in quantitative and systematic strategies are seeking a detail-oriented Client Services professional to join their London-based Investor Relations team. You will assist senior team members in providing exceptional service to fund investors.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior colleagues on client service matters.
- Produce, distribute, and enhance investor reports.
- Maintain and manage CRM systems, pipeline, and trade flow.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Schedule investor meetings and handle administrative tasks.
- Address ad hoc queries from fund investors, including those related to transactions, reporting, and audits.
Your Skills:
- Good experience in a client services role.
- Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with offshore hedge funds (buy-side firms or consultants) is advantageous.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
