A Central London-based firm is looking for a technically excellent Corporate Finance / Banking Solicitor to join their expanding transactional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance-focused lawyer with 5-10 years' PQE to take a leading role in a high-performing department, advising on complex lending and finance arrangements across a varied client base.

The Corporate Finance / Banking Solicitor's role
You'll act on behalf of lenders and borrowers across a wide range of finance matters, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, refinancing, and debt restructures.
You will also collaborate with the corporate and real estate teams on multi-disciplinary deals, including private equity and development finance transactions. There will be direct client contact from the outset and the chance to play a key role in building the banking and finance profile of the firm.
The Corporate Finance / Banking Solicitor
- 5-10 years' PQE with a solid background in corporate finance or banking law
- Experience acting for both lenders and borrowers, ideally in secured lending
- Strong commercial acumen and client-facing skills
- Keen to take on responsibility and contribute to business development
- Confident operating with limited supervision, yet a strong team player
