Investor Relations Director Private Markets, London

Profile:
- Experience in either banking, private credit, or private equity.
- Experience in fundraising / investor relations within private markets.
- Strong quantitative, financial modelling, analytical skills.
- Experience in real estate backed structured products.
- Degree educated.
Information on the role:
- To build & manage relations with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
- Lead fundraising efforts across current and future real estate funds/deals, with a focus on HNW and institutional investors.
- To play an integral role and input in to the strategic development of the fundraising platform, including new product initiatives and geographical expansion.
- Lead a small team by example, create and present compelling pitch materials, investment memorandums, and financial models to support client engagements and business development efforts.
- Collaborate with legal, finance and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of fundraising processes.
