Investor Relations Director Private Markets, London

Profile:

  • Experience in either banking, private credit, or private equity.
  • Experience in fundraising / investor relations within private markets.
  • Strong quantitative, financial modelling, analytical skills.
  • Experience in real estate backed structured products.
  • Degree educated.

Information on the role:

  • To build & manage relations with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Lead fundraising efforts across current and future real estate funds/deals, with a focus on HNW and institutional investors.
  • To play an integral role and input in to the strategic development of the fundraising platform, including new product initiatives and geographical expansion.
  • Lead a small team by example, create and present compelling pitch materials, investment memorandums, and financial models to support client engagements and business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of fundraising processes.
