The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing and modelling real estate investment opportunities, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making and maximise investment returns.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management and investors.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to assess potential property investments.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of existing real estate assets.
