Resales & Aftersales Consultants

Location: LondonContract Type: Temporary - initial 4-week contract

If so, you may be a good for a Resales Consultant or Aftersales Consultant role with a leading Housing Association!

About the Role:

In these positions, you will deliver a top-notch resales, staircasing, equity loans or shared ownership resales progression service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders involved. Your role will be crucial in managing shared ownership resales and staircasing cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and post with a professional and supportive approach. Display your product knowledge to provide effective advice.
  • Case Management: Progress staircasing, equity loan and shared ownership resale activities through to completion, ensuring adherence to agreed timescales and targets.
  • Documentation: Read and interpret leases and equity mortgages, providing clear guidance to customers and stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Log all customer contacts and maintain accurate records using our database and case management systems.
  • Compliance: Collate audit-compliant application packs and carry out necessary checks, following anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on your activities, ensuring performance standards are met and procedures are followed.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on technical product knowledge and relevant legislation, including FCA & AML regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge of Shared Ownership schemes and processes is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Practical knowledge of shared ownership products and the staircasing process.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer relationship building.
