Robert Half are looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional, to join a Global Energy Giant as a Senior Investor Relations Manager. Paying £80-90k and based in Central London with hybrid working, this role will be working on an exciting new Nuclear Energy Project. This individual will need to be comfortable working across a range of technical and strategic subjects and ideally, will have spent time working with or around annual reporting, and have a good grasp of the legal and commercial landscape.

The Role

  • Take the lead on pulling together the annual report, working closely with senior leadership (Chair, joint MDs, CFO) to align messaging with overall strategy and ensure all the regulatory boxes are ticked.
  • Support regular comms around performance and outlook-whether it's for board papers, briefings, or wider investor materials.
  • Help coordinate investor-facing events-everything from one-on-ones to bigger sessions. This includes pulling together slides, talking points, and making sure the logistics run smoothly.
  • Partner with teams across Finance, Legal, and CoSec to ensure disclosures and reporting meet a high standard and support the systems that underpin them.
  • Support and guide more junior team members, helping define responsibilities across the function and building a strong internal IR capability.

Your Profile

  • You will need to have extensive Investor Relations experience, a minimum of 5 years of Investor Relations experience is required.
  • Prior experience in working with the Government is highly advantageous but not essential.
