Job Title: Mortgage Administrator
Location: London (nearest station Warren Street) - 4 days office-based, 1 day working from home
Salary: Up to £33,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

About our Client and the role of Mortgage Administrator:
We are working with a directly authorised mortgage brokerage to recruit a Mortgage Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and professional team where you'll be responsible for the full post-sale mortgage and life application process through to successful completion.
The role involves supporting Sales Consultants and fellow administrators, managing a personal case pipeline, and ensuring accurate and timely updates to all parties involved. You'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient case progression while maintaining strong organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Administrator:
- Liaise with lenders, clients, and other third parties to manage mortgage and life applications from post-sale to completion
- Work closely with Sales Consultants and the wider admin team to support the case journey
- Manage client files, documentation, and in-house/online systems
- Maintain a diary system to monitor all cases, ensuring outstanding matters are followed up promptly
- Process all incoming post and emails daily
- Support general office duties such as answering calls and assisting with operational tasks
- Take full ownership of allocated cases, ensuring all updates and follow-ups are handled efficiently
- Flexibility and team collaboration are essential to this role
Experience required for the role of Mortgage Administrator:
- Previous experience in a mortgage administration role
- Confident liaising with lenders, clients, and internal teams
- PC literate, proactive, and highly organised
- Able to manage workload independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Enthusiastic and confident with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and applications.
