Property Finance Administrator

London

£30k - £36k

4 days in the office 1 day from home

23 days annual leave

This role is an all-round varied role that includes purchase ledger, utilities management and general administration.

Duties:

  • Coding and processing invoices onto the in-house system
  • Assisting with supplier payments
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Sending remittances
  • Provide professional administrative support to field based Property Managers
  • Processing temporary and fixed term tenancy documents
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries
  • Manage and process internal and external correspondence
  • Manage the daily receipt and dispatch of post
  • Be the primary point of contact for utility providers for properties.
  • Liaise with suppliers for readings, new tenancies, billing queries etc.
  • Reconciling supplier statements, requesting missing items and ensuring these are processed without delay
  • Resolve any utility queries
  • Sending remittances

Requirements:

  • Strong Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and be well organised wit
  • Be flexible and have an enthusiastic attitude to work
  • Have the ability to learn through practical experience.
