Our client is a law firm with offices located in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Their aim is to become the leading Law firm combining specialist business law and private wealth advice internationally. They have over 1000 staff, which includes over 150 Partners and approximately 40 employees within the Finance team.

They are seeking to recruit an Revenue Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Generating bills for processing
  • Reviewing bills for numerical errors
  • Employing knowledge of VAT and SARs to ensure bills are compliant
  • Handling credit notes (full/partial)
  • Producing and circulating WIP lists
  • Resolving time recording issues with fee earners
  • Overseeing that payment have arrived
  • Chasing up late payments
  • General ad hoc duties that may arise

Candidate Profile

  • Experience of revenue control including WIP management
  • Knowledge of CMS or Elite 3E is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, team player with good communication skills
  • Commercial awareness
