Private Credit - Fund Controller
Our client is looking to recruit a well-experienced Fund Controller to manage a new fund.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fund Controller to oversee the financial operations, reporting and control environment for a portfolio of open-ended private credit and private equity funds. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in US GAAP and IFRS, with a strong background in fund structures and investment operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; a Qualified Accountant, or equivalent qualification
Demonstrated experience with open-ended fund structures
A solid understanding of private credit (e.g. direct lending, distressed debt, asset-based finance)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex fund structures and intracompany flows
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Please note we require candidates who have worked in Private credit on open and closed funds.
- Seeking a Big 4 trained and qualified candidate, with an additional 3-5 years’ experience ideally in a (Private) Credit Fund as a Fund Controller
