Part Time Salesforce Administrator - 10-Month FTC - 4 days per week - Hybrid Central London - up to ÂŁ32.6K pro rata

A leading professional organisation is seeking a technically proficient Salesforce Administrator to join their Commercial team on a 10-month fixed-term contract.

This is a pivotal role supporting the implementation of a new finance integration via API and improving CRM functionality across sales and finance operations.

You’ll be responsible for scoping and delivering an end-to-end Salesforce system upgrade, including automation of tax flows, discount approvals, e-signature order forms, credit systems, and cross-platform alignment.

Collaborating closely with sales and finance teams, you’ll lead discovery sessions, user testing, and configuration—ensuring compliance with finance audit requirements throughout.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Salesforce Admin or similar role
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across sales and finance
  • Proven technical and project delivery skills in CRM environments
