There is an opportunity for a Medical publication and Communications Associate to join their Medical Communications global team on a 6-month rolling contract.

Inside IR35

PAYE - £120 - £150 p/d

Umbrella - £150 - £200 p/d

Remote working (must be based in the UK)Your new roleAs a highly motivated individual, you will join their Global Medical Communications team as Medical Publications and Communications Associate, where you will support the Global Medical Publications and Communications Manager in the execution of the publication plans and with the delivery of identified medical communication activities. This will include congress abstracts, posters, presentations and manuscripts, developing congress and publication alerts, preparing post - congress reports and managing publications through review and approval.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will hold a scientific degree.
  • You will have experience in a pharmaceutical/medical education environment.
  • You will have experience in the scientific publications field and experience of using Datavision for the management of publication projects.
  • You will have medical writing experience in the pharmaceutical / medical communications industry.
  • Previous project management experience in coordinating the production and delivery of multiple documents/projects
  • You will have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, especially in the scientific field.
  • You will have experience of working in a matrix team with strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences.
