Ensure software products have automated test packs and scripts for frequent, reliable testing to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation & Platforms: Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts.
Test Strategy: Develop test plans covering functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Execution & Reporting: Perform tests, monitor progress, and provide timely feedback.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance automation and deployment practices.
Compliance: Adhere to QA standards, governance, and mandatory training.
Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methods.
Experience with web, desktop, and mobile application testing.
Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, SpecFlow, C#).
ISTQB Foundation (or equivalent).
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and coach others in automation practices.
