Job Overview

Our client is opening their new branch in Knightsbridge, bringing their popular burger concept all the way from Dubai, where G.O.A.T Burgers has built a strong reputation as a leading burger chain.

As the Head Chef at GOAT Burger, you are the backbone of the kitchen, overseeing all culinary operations to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency. You lead and inspire the kitchen team, maintain operational standards, and ensure every dish meets GOAT Burgers expectations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Oversee food production processes, ensuring that meals are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food preparation, and best practices in hospitality.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the performance of kitchen staff, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations as necessary.
