We are a small independent business located in the heart of Kentish Town. We produce a small range of beautiful artisan products to the highest standards.
We are currently looking for an experienced chef at CDP level or above to join our growing team. You will have at least two years of experience in a professional kitchen, and be eager to take on the responsibility of maintaining the highest standards of our savoury section.
This is a full time position (5 days per week, 8-10 hours per day) to begin as soon as possible. Daytime shifts only.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the savoury cooking - salads, sandwiches, catering jobs plus additional products that you will work with the bakers on. Additionally you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the section at all times.
What we are looking for:
At least two years experience in a professional kitchen, preferably at CDP level or above.
A passion for the industry and a love of good, seasonal food.
Willingness to learn and to get involved in all aspects of the role including food prep, service, and health and hygiene.
