We are recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Back of House team. This is a permanent, full-time position.

As a Back of House Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleaning, sanitation and cost of operations consistent within the Food and Beverage goals and objectives, and supervise a team of Kitchen Porters.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands on, can-do attitude individual who is able to:

  • Ensures that all equipment / machinery is operated in accordance with the manufacturers operating instructions and cleaned periodically.
  • Assist the BOH Manager and Assistant on-job training to new staff
  • Ensures staff complies with safety programmes as instructed by Management and all safety standards are enforced with regards to proper usage of chemicals under COSHH, proper moving of equipment, proper footwear and proper back care procedures for all stewarding colleagues.
  • Is flexible in assisting in different areas of the hotel in response to business and guest needs
  • Ensures work practices are compliant with government guidelines.
  • Assist Kitchen porters to maintain the loading bay clean
