An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented BreakfastChef to join one of Londons vibrant Mediterranean restaurants located in Marylebone. We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional cuisine and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
About the Role:
The Breakfast Chef will support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of service. This includes supervising junior staff, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, and contributing to menu development.
Main Duties:
1.Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
2.Take control of the breakfast service to ensure timely delivery of breakfast items.
3.Cleaning down your section at the end of your shift.
4.Complete advance preparation, where practical for the next breakfast service.
5.Communicate effectively within your own team and other departments in the hotel.
6.Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
7.Be aware of food allergens and dietary requirements.
8.Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
9.Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets.
10.Carry out any reasonable request from any member of the management team at any time.
11.Ensure all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a high-quality kitchen
A passion for Mediterranean flavours and fresh, seasonal ingredients
Strong time-management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
