The role of Junior Sous Chef
Were looking for a Junior Sous Chef to help lead the kitchens of boutique lifestyle hotel in Southwest London. By ensuring the culinary standards remain high within the multiple outlets, you will contribute towards the excellent reputation that the hotel has already established.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced Executive Chef, who will support with your continued career development and potential onward progression.
- 48 hours/6 shifts per week.
- Working between the modern British restaurant and Events.
- Opportunity to learn about kitchen management, costings and ordering.
- Working in a well-equipped and recently renovated modern kitchen.
The Person
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef within a high-end hotel or a quality restaurant is essential. A passion for and knowledge of working with seasonal fresh European cuisine.
A positive leader who will help to develop, train and help to retain a team of 10 Chefs, working between different kitchens. The desire to positively promote the company values and work collaboratively with departmental leadership team.
Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
