£130,000 SALARY
LONDON, HYBRID WORKING (2-3 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE)
In this role, you'll be leading a directing team and lead the development and implementation of market-leading models across the business. You'll be able to create real change within a growing Fintech and own the scorecard function within the business.
THE COMPANY
This Fintech is well known for its innovative and market-leading consumer finance solutions. You'll be working in a close-knit and high-performing Credit Risk department, and be able to liaise with C-Suite executives on a day-to-day basis.
THE ROLE
- Lead a team of data scientists, focusing on the development and implementation of scorecards
- Work with wider analytics teams and drive change/enhancements for various scorecard models
- Work with external parties and senior stakeholders to identify areas to enhance the data and analytics approach for the entire business
- Be involved in the implementation of AI and ML techniques to enhance modelling capabilities
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Current hands-on work with scorecard modelling
- Management experience is essential
- Consumer Lending is ideal
- Strong passion for AI and ML
