UP TO £90,000
THE COMPANY
We are working with a media conglomerate on a lead-level SQL, Python, modelling position.
THE ROLE
The successful Lead Data Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Design, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests across radio content, web/app features, and listener communications
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and aggregate data from large datasets
- Use Python to perform statistical analyses, automate workflows, and visualize complex trends
- Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and commercial teams to define success metrics and provide insights that guide strategic decisions
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings and track performance over time
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Solid experience with Python (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, statsmodels, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
- Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests
- Familiarity with statistical techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression, and confidence intervals
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders
THE BENEFITS
The successful Lead Data Analyst will receive a salary of up to £90,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
