Senior Data Scientist?? London (Hybrid - 2 days in office)?? Up to £90,000 + benefits

A major international media group is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join their growing data function within the Audio division - home to some of the UK's most recognisable digital and broadcast brands.

You'll be using your technical skills and business acumen to shape high-impact data projects around audience insights, advertising inventory, and competitions. This is a hands-on role, working closely with cross-functional teams across the UK and Europe to improve decision-making and unlock commercial value through data.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Building predictive models to better understand audience behaviour, engagement, and revenue outcomes

  • Analysing advertising inventory and pricing strategy to support a key revenue stream

  • Driving insights from competitions data - understanding participation patterns, audience segmentation, and ROI

  • Collaborating with engineers, analysts and product stakeholders to embed data into everyday decision-making

  • Supporting the wider data function in operating as an internal "consultancy" within the business

Tech & Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and statistical modelling

  • Background in product analytics or commercial data projects

  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across tech and non-tech functions

  • Great communication skills - personable, curious, and clear in explaining complex ideas

  • (Bonus) Experience in media, gambling, or advertising environments
