You'll join a forward-thinking Data Science & Analytics team, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and scale cutting-edge solutions around experimentation, predictive analytics, and marketing measurement.
What You'll Be Doing-
Act as a senior point of contact on client projects, owning technical delivery and strategic direction

Design and implement solutions for incrementality, geo testing, and causal inference

Develop and deploy models for LTV, propensity, churn, and forecasting

Collaborate cross-functionally with innovation, product, and engineering teams

Mentor and guide junior team members

Work in modern cloud environments with access to rich client data (unusually deep for a consultancy context)

Proficiency in Python and SQL

Experience in cloud environments - GCP or AWS preferred

Hands-on knowledge of experimentation techniques (e.g. lift studies, A/B, geo testing) and predictive modelling

Familiarity with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel (a plus)

Comfortable guiding stakeholders and translating business problems into analytical solutions

Preference for those from client-side or consulting backgrounds rather than traditional agency settings
