IPS are partnering with a leading, global (Re)insurer in their search for an analytical professional to join their close-knit, multifaceted team. This unique opportunity will grant you broad access across natural and man-made events, working closely alongside underwriting and actuarial teams, as well as direct communication with C-Suite, to help inform decision making and guide business best practice. Joining a supportive and collaborative team, you will coordinate with key stakeholders and provide analysis and reports of exposure on catastrophe events, whilst reviewing and improving internal tools and processes. With the chance to oversee and mentor junior analysts in the team, this opportunity is well-suited to analytical individuals who are searching for a varied, fast-paced, and strategic role, allowing you to develop a well-rounded knowledge and understanding of data and insurance analytics. To be considered for this position:
  • Strong ability using Excel with the use of other tools such as SQL and Power BI being advantageous, but not a requisite.

  • Able to work both individually and as part of a wider team to ensure strict deadlines are met.
