Role Overview
As a Resident Liaison Officer you will be the primary point of contact for residents during the ongoing refurbsihment works within the community. This role is split across two sperate refurbsihment contracts, based in Northwest London and Southeast London, You week will be split across these two contracts so you must be able to reasoanbly commute to both areas.Your role is crucial in ensuring that residents are well-informed, their concerns are addressed promptly, and that the projects proceed smoothly with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring they are informed about the scope, schedule, and progress of works.

Distribute project information, including letters, newsletters, and notices, to keep residents updated.

Conduct regular visits to residents' homes to explain the works, address concerns, and collect feedback.

Act as the first point of contact for residents' queries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Maintain accurate records of all communications, complaints, and resolutions, reporting regularly to project managers#

Work closely with the site management team to coordinate access arrangements and ensure that works are carried out safely and efficiently.

Identify and support residents with specific needs, ensuring they receive appropriate assistance during the works.
Essential Criteria

Proven experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role.

Comittment to travelling betwen two sites throughout the course of the working week.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents and stakeholders.

Strong organisational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure resident satisfaction.

Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
