Resident Liaison Officer – Social Housing / Construction
 
We’re looking for a people-first, solutions-driven Resident Liaison Officer to support residents throughout vital construction works. If you’re someone who thrives on clear communication, problem-solving, and making a real difference day to day — this could be the perfect role for you.

Working closely with the site team, you’ll be the main contact for residents during external remedial works, ensuring everyone feels informed, heard, and supported from start to finish.
 
What you'll be doing:
  • Acting as the go-to point of contact for residents

  • Managing and resolving complaints or concerns promptly
  • Supporting vulnerable residents where needed
  • Keeping accurate records of interactions and updates
