We are currently supporting a leading planning consultancy in seeking talented Senior Planners, Principal Planners, and Associate Directors to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for planners looking to work on major developments across London and the South East, within a collaborative and commercially focused environment.
The Roles:
Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in:
路Leading or supporting planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals.
路Advising clients on planning strategy, local policy, and development potential.
路Preparing and submitting representations, including for local plans and major applications.
路Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities.
路Managing client relationships and, at senior levels, contributing to business development.
What We're Looking For:
路MRTPI-qualified (or working towards for Senior Planners).
路Strong understanding of the UK planning system, ideally in the South East.
路Experience in consultancy or local authority planning.
路Ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
路A commercial mindset and interest in delivering high-quality planning outcomes.
