The firm work with a diverse range of clients including developers, landowners, local authorities, and architects, delivering expert advice on projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and regeneration schemes.

Responsibilities

Deliver planning advice and strategies on a wide range of development projects
Prepare, submit and manage planning applications, appeals, and representations
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to navigate planning processes efficiently
Assist with site appraisals and development feasibility

Requirements

RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline
MRTPI (or working towards chartership)
Relevant Planning experience (private consultancy preferred)
Strong report writing, communication, and client-facing skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and project delivery
