The firm work with a diverse range of clients including developers, landowners, local authorities, and architects, delivering expert advice on projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and regeneration schemes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver planning advice and strategies on a wide range of development projects
  • Prepare, submit and manage planning applications, appeals, and representations
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to navigate planning processes efficiently
  • Assist with site appraisals and development feasibility

Requirements

  • RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline
  • MRTPI (or working towards chartership)
  • Relevant Planning experience (private consultancy preferred)
  • Strong report writing, communication, and client-facing skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and project delivery
