An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Architectural Technologist to join a prestigious RIBA Chartered practice based in Central London. This well-established team works across a variety of sectors, including leisure, residential, and masterplanning, with an impressive portfolio of upcoming projects both in the UK and internationally.

I am seeking a CIAT-accredited (or near accreditation) Architectural Technologist with strong technical expertise and a proven track record of working on high-end residential and hospitality projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Vectorworks, will be highly valued.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree, HND, or HNC in Architectural Technology
  • Significant post-qualification experience
  • CIAT/MCIAT accreditation (or in process)
  • Able to produce high-quality technical designs
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with high-end residential projects is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks is a plus
