We're excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Principal / Associate Landscape Architect to join a well-established Landscape Architectural practice based in East London. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact within a supportive, kind and collaborative team environment. Our client is committed to delivering top-notch landscape architecture and environmental solutions, ensuring the utmost respect for nature and the communities they serve.

Ideally, they would be looking for an experienced individual already in a similar position. However, they would also be willing to support an individual looking to step up into this position.

The successful Principal / Associate Landscape Architect will be offered:

£50,000 - £65,000, depending on experience
Potential hybrid working (1 - 2 days from home)

Principal / Associate Landscape Architect requirements:

A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is essential
Being of Chartered status would be advantageous.
A strong background in landscape architecture, ideally experienced working on public sector projects
A willingness to be hands-on with both projects and a mentor to the junior members of the team
Solid understanding of environmental principles
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key duties of Principal / Associate Landscape Architect will include but will not be limited to:

Leading landscape architecture projects from conception to completion.
Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful outcomes.
Conducting site assessments and developing innovative design solutions.
Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and technical documentation.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and sustainability standards.
Mentoring and supporting junior team members to foster professional growth.
