Your new companyIt is a national law firm with a highly well-regarded construction team. Your new roleAs a Construction Solicitor, you will:

  • Handle a varied caseload of complex construction matters.
  • Assist with disputes, litigation, adjudication, and mediation.
  • Draft and negotiate JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts.
  • Provide commercial, pragmatic advice to a diverse client base.
  • Support business development and client relationship initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 1-3 years PQE with experience in construction law.
  • Strong background in contentious construction matters, including TCC litigation and ADR.
  • Some experience with non-contentious work, including drafting and negotiating standard and bespoke contracts.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.

  • Enthusiasm for business development and client engagement.
