Your new companyIt is a national law firm with a highly well-regarded construction team. Your new roleAs a Construction Solicitor, you will:
- Handle a varied caseload of complex construction matters.
- Assist with disputes, litigation, adjudication, and mediation.
- Draft and negotiate JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts.
- Provide commercial, pragmatic advice to a diverse client base.
- Support business development and client relationship initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-3 years PQE with experience in construction law.
- Strong background in contentious construction matters, including TCC litigation and ADR.
- Some experience with non-contentious work, including drafting and negotiating standard and bespoke contracts.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong commercial acumen.
- Enthusiasm for business development and client engagement.
