A respected and long-established law firm with a growing presence in the City of London is seeking a seasoned Associate Solicitor to join its Residential Property team. This is a standout opportunity for a Associate Solicitor to join a firm known for its client-first ethos, professional excellence, and supportive culture, while handling a high-quality caseload of London-based residential property matters.

With an increasing volume of premium instructions across the capital, the firm is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced solicitor who is ready to contribute to its continued success.

The Associate Solicitor's role

As a Associate Solicitor, you will lead on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and transfers of equity. Many of these transactions involve high-value London properties, requiring confident and commercially focused legal advice.

You will also support junior team members, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives in line with the firm's growth plans in the City of London.

The Associate Solicitor

To succeed in this Associate Solicitor role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years' PQE as a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, specialising in residential conveyancing.
  • Proven experience handling London property transactions, including complex and high-value cases.
  • Strong technical skills across the full spectrum of residential property matters.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with an interest in mentoring and developing others.
  • Experience in lease extensions, enfranchisement, or acting for HNW clients would be an advantage.
