- Drafting and negotiating leases, rent deposit deeds, licences to alter, and agreements for lease
- Dealing with lease variations and associated documents
- Advising small-to-medium-sized local businesses and large portfolio landlords
- Site acquisitions for development, including reports on title
- Site disposals, conditional purchase agreements, options, overage agreements, and land promotion agreements
- Drafting and advising on joint venture agreements and easements
- Preparation for the sale of completed developments, including flat/home disposals
- Managing construction-related matters such as reliance letters and collateral warranties
- Reviewing facility agreements and finance documents (legal charge, debenture, duty of care deeds, subordination/priority deeds)
- Preparing certificates of title (City of London form)
- Drafting corporate authorisations (minutes, resolutions, and certificates)
- Coordinating broker reliance letters
- A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law
- Strong technical expertise across the full range of commercial conveyancing matters
- Excellent attention to detail and a logical, structured approach to your work
- A proactive, confident attitude and the ability to manage matters with minimal supervision

- Salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience
