You’ll join the London disputes team of a prestigious international law firm, acting on some of the most complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters in the market. The firm is recognised for its cross-border strength, collaborative culture, and high-profile client base across financial services, tech, energy, real estate, and healthcare.This is a rare opportunity to step into a role where you’ll gain hands-on experience in headline disputes while working closely with partners and international teams across the US, Europe, and Asia. Expect exposure to multi-million-pound matters, strategic litigation, and cutting-edge arbitration work.What You’ll Do
  • Act on a broad range of commercial and financial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, insolvency, shareholder and joint venture disputes, and regulatory investigations.
  • Support and lead on High Court litigation, arbitral proceedings (e.g. LCIA, ICC), and ADR processes.
  • Manage document-heavy disclosure phases and complex e-discovery exercises.
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare strategic analysis, and assist with trial preparation.
  • Liaise with clients and counsel, attend court hearings and settlement meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the global disputes team.
What You’ll Need
  • 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation at a respected law firm.
  • Strong grounding in High Court procedure and international arbitration frameworks.
  • Excellent written advocacy, research, and drafting skills.
  • The confidence to take ownership of files and work independently where needed.
  • Admission as a solicitor in England & Wales (or another common law jurisdiction).
The Team You’ll be part of a close-knit London group within a broader global disputes practice that’s known for its efficiency, technical strength, and collaborative approach. The firm punches above its weight in the UK litigation market, frequently instructed on cross-border fraud, tech disputes, shareholder actions, and enforcement work with a US or Asia nexus.
