You’ll join the London disputes team of a prestigious international law firm, acting on some of the most complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters in the market. Act on a broad range of commercial and financial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, insolvency, shareholder and joint venture disputes, and regulatory investigations.
Support and lead on High Court litigation, arbitral proceedings (e.g. LCIA, ICC), and ADR processes.
Manage document-heavy disclosure phases and complex e-discovery exercises.
Draft pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports.
Conduct legal research, prepare strategic analysis, and assist with trial preparation.
Liaise with clients and counsel, attend court hearings and settlement meetings.
Collaborate with colleagues across the global disputes team.

What You’ll Need

4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation at a respected law firm.
Strong grounding in High Court procedure and international arbitration frameworks.
Excellent written advocacy, research, and drafting skills.
The confidence to take ownership of files and work independently where needed.
Admission as a solicitor in England & Wales (or another common law jurisdiction).
