Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate London Legal 500 Full-time, PermMy client is a Legal 500 recognised firm seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. - Become an integral part of a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment.- Leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional client service and strategic advice to a diverse portfolio of investors, developers, landlords, and tenants.- Contribute to the growth and development of our property department through business development efforts and knowledge sharing.Preferred Requirements:

  • Extensive experience handling a wide range of commercial property transactions, including freehold acquisitions, disposals, leasehold assignments, new leases, and re-financing.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients, demonstrating excellent client care skills and the ability to manage your own caseload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a strong aptitude for multitasking and managing time-sensitive documents.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a passion for contributing to the growth and development of the department.
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with relevant SRA principles and rules of professional conduct, as well as compliance with risk management processes and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) within the commercial property department.
  • Obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.
  • Proven track record of delivering consistently high levels of client service and building a loyal client or referrer following.
