We are currently partnering with a Shared Legal Service based in South London, who are recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their accomplished team on a temporary basis.
This is a full-time position of 35 hours a week, the rate of pay will be negotiable based upon experience, start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing a varied caseload of complex commercial property matters with a particular focus on development, regeneration and property transactions
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers and leases
- Advising clients on governance
- Providing advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience required:
- Experience required in a Local Government Setting
- Experience working with Commercial Property
- Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Drafting Legal documents to a high standard
- Liaising with stakeholders to provide legal advice
- Awareness of Corporate Governance procedures
