A long-established London firm seeks a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor for its flexible commercial property team, ideal for NQ to 3 PQE.

Role Overview:Take charge of high-impact commercial property transactions for landlords, tenants, developers, and lenders, showcasing precision in a professional environment

Duties:

  • Landlord/Tenant: Draft leases, rent deposit deeds, licences to alter, lease contracts; lease variations.

  • Development: Lead site acquisitions/disposals, draft conditional contracts, options, overages, joint ventures, easements; oversee flat/home sales.

  • Finance: Analyze facility contracts, legal charges, debentures; produce certificates of title, reliance letters, corporate documents.

  • Construction: Finalize reliance letters, collateral warranties.

Requirements:

  • NQ to 3 PQE with commercial property expertise.

  • Strong academics (2:1 LLB or equivalent, high LPC/BPTC marks).

  • Analytical, conscientious, proactive.
