A respected, full-service legal practice based in Central London is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving Commercial Property team. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be joining a team known for its collaborative approach and breadth of expertise across a wide range of real estate matters. The Commercial Property Solicitor's Role

The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will manage their own caseload of varied commercial property transactions, working closely with colleagues across multiple departments. Matters handled by the team typically include acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant issues, and bridging finance - with particular involvement in the hospitality, retail, and leisure sectors.

The firm places strong emphasis on business development, so the Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to attend networking events, contribute to client newsletters, and help drive departmental growth. There will also be significant client contact, so a confident, professional manner is key.

The Commercial Property Solicitor

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales

  • Solid experience in handling commercial property transactions, ideally including bridging finance.

  • Familiarity with Office 365 and legal case/document management systems.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.

  • A team-focused attitude with commercial awareness.

  • A willingness to support business development initiatives.
