You will work closely with our senior team, advising on a range of matters, including:

Landlord & tenant
Freehold commercial purchases
Site acquisitions
Options
Overages
Wayleave agreements
Promotion agreements
Section 106 agreements
Conditional sale agreements
Air space leases

The Candidate:

3-4 years’ PQE in commercial property law, with a solid understanding of commercial leasehold and freehold transactions.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills, alongside a practical and commercial approach to legal issues.
Familiarity with the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) market and real estate finance would be beneficial.
A proactive approach to working as part of a team, with a collaborative and client-focused attitude.
