You will work closely with our senior team, advising on a range of matters, including:
  • Landlord & tenant
  • Freehold commercial purchases
  • Site acquisitions
  • Options
  • Overages
  • Wayleave agreements
  • Promotion agreements
  • Section 106 agreements
  • Conditional sale agreements
  • Air space leases
The Candidate:
  • 3-4 years’ PQE in commercial property law, with a solid understanding of commercial leasehold and freehold transactions.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills, alongside a practical and commercial approach to legal issues.
  • Familiarity with the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) market and real estate finance would be beneficial.
  • A proactive approach to working as part of a team, with a collaborative and client-focused attitude.
