The ideal candidate will have upwards of 10 years commercial law experience that will include IP and GDPR. Competitive salary on a par with West End and Top 100, benefits include hybrid and bonus. The Commercial Law Solicitor will hit the ground running and be able to work with minimal supervision on a range of matters that includes company formation, data protection, commercial contracts, TMT and regulatory and compliance.
