We are currently recruiting for an exciting Conflicts Attorney position for our client, a leading US law firm in London.

This Conflicts Attorney role will see you working as an integral part of the conflict’s operations in London, supporting matters across multiple jurisdictions as part of a global team, including UK, EU and US, whilst checking and maintaining effective screening restrictions.

Other duties include:

  • Conducting new firm business and lateral hire conflict analysis
  • Auditing and presenting conflict reports to attorneys
  • Reviewing engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines
  • Performing legal research, including reviewing case law and jurisdictional issues
  • Performing complex and escalated conflict checks, utilising global conflicts knowledge

The ideal Conflicts Attorney for this role will be SRA qualified with a minimum of three years of experience in a conflicts focused role. You will have knowledge of time entry and conflicts databases, familiarity with legal research and with the culture of international law firms. You will have excellent people skills, being able to liaise with stakeholders and outside counsel.
