A dynamic Central London firm is seeking a Construction Law Solicitor with 2 to 3 years' PQE to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity for a junior Construction Law Solicitor to work directly alongside the CEO and senior associates, supporting a blend of contentious and predominantly non-contentious work for a high-end client base including HNW individuals and luxury retail brands.

The Construction Law Solicitor's role

The successful Construction Law Solicitor will work on a wide range of matters including drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments, and development agreements, as well as handling disputes. The role involves high client interaction, so candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Construction Law Solicitor
  • 2-3 years' PQE with at least 6 months' construction law experience
  • Previous experience in non-contentious construction law (England & Wales)
  • Strong written and verbal skills with good commercial awareness
