You’ll work alongside respected partners on high-profile litigation, arbitration and adjudication matters, representing a broad client base including major developers, contractors, funds and institutions.

The Role:

You will play a key role in supporting and leading on matters to include: 

  • Advising on live construction disputes and projects
  • Preparing and conducting adjudications
  • Assisting in High Court litigation
  • Working on domestic and international arbitrations 
  • Advising on issues around payments, delays, defects, professional negligence and contract termination

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years PQE (England & Wales qualified)
  • Solid experience in contentious construction and engineering matters
  • Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree)
  • A sharp legal mind, with a proactive and client-focused approach
